Aree Bly is an actuary with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, spanning both corporate and consulting roles. For the past 6 years, she has built a business as a success coach, speaker, and author, supporting actuaries and other analytical professionals in developing the skills and mindsets needed for successful, sustainable careers. Aree also serves on the board of the Network of Actuarial Women and Allies (NAWA), where she focuses on learning and development initiatives, including the MentorUp program and the RAW podcast.
