Measuring and raising awareness of the barriers women face—inside and outside NAWA
Identifying the industry’s most impactful research and building an annual Equity & Representation Report
Developing sponsor metrics and reporting frameworks to support data-driven action

This committee powers NAWA’s professional and personal growth resources by:
Curating educational content and identifying emerging development needs
Designing live and virtual learning opportunities that address the biggest challenges actuaries face
Supporting programs like MentorMatch and the NAWA Online Learning Center

This team drives NAWA’s collaboration and sustainability by:
Developing sponsor packages and strategic partnership opportunities
Maintaining and growing relationships with sponsors and Corporate Action Council (CAC) members
Partnering with other actuarial diversity networks - like IABA, OLA, SAGAA, SANA, and ABACUS - for shared learning and expanded reach
