Why Join NAWA MentorUp?
NAWA MentorUp is a 6-month mentorship experience (kicks off every July and January) that pairs actuaries from across the profession in meaningful, 1:1 partnerships. We match based on shared interests, goals, and backgrounds to create relationships rooted in trust and growth.

Who Should Apply?
You don’t need to be a senior actuary to make an impact. Some of our valuable mentors have just a year or two of experience. If you’re willing to listen, support, and share your journey—you’re ready.

Program Details
Timeline: Cohorts run for six months – January – June or July - December
Time Commitment: minimum of 1 hour/month (mentors and mentees find cadence that works best for them - monthly, bi-weekly, weekly)
Deadline to Join: Early December for January cohort and early June for July cohort
